Charles Brady is the owner of Charles Brady Law, which specifically caters to the hospitality industry and small businesses. With more than three years of experience in litigation, Charles has experience handling cases from the Circuit Level, all the way up to Florida Supreme Court. Before graduation, Charles spent over a year representing veterans, the disabled, and minorities in Federal Administrative Courts, and He was then chosen as one of seven interns for the Florida Supreme Court. Today, Charles is devoted to helping businesses find cost-effective solutions in the courtroom. Charles graduated with a dual concentration in Courtroom Advocacy and International Law from Stetson University College of Law, which boasts a long-standing position as the number 1 school in the United States for Courtroom Advocacy and number 3 in legal writing, with several noteworthy accolades, including graduating with high honors, earning the William Blews Award for providing over 120 hrs. in pro-bono legal services, and being invited to intern for the FL Supreme Court. After law school, Charles has continued to serve his community as a Business Litigator and ADA advisor in the Vacation Rental Industry. Although not limited to Vacation Rental Law, Charles is most well-versed in the issues that commonly arise in the VR industry as he has helped businesses of all sizes combat unjust lawsuits and recover funds from ne’er-do-wells. Charles also serves the community as a local Section 8 Housing Hearing Officer and through volunteer programs. Charles is also one of the chief legal minds in the country when it comes to Service Animal Law. With his own Service Animal, Sport, at his heel, Charles has helped countless businesses tackle the ever-growing issues with service animals, false support animals, and damages.
