ABOUT CHARLES BRADY
Charles Brady is the owner of Charles Brady Law, which specifically caters to the hospitality industry and small businesses. With more than three years of experience in litigation, Charles has experience handling cases from the Circuit Level, all the way up to Florida Supreme Court.
Before graduation, Charles spent over a year representing veterans, the disabled, and minorities in Federal Administrative Courts, and He was then chosen as one of seven interns for the Florida Supreme Court. Today, Charles is devoted to helping businesses find cost-effective solutions in the courtroom.
Charles graduated with a dual concentration in Courtroom Advocacy and International Law from Stetson University College of Law, which boasts a long-standing position as the number 1 school in the United States for Courtroom Advocacy and number 3 in legal writing, with several noteworthy accolades, including graduating with high honors, earning the William Blews Award for providing over 120 hrs. in pro-bono legal services, and being invited to intern for the FL Supreme Court.
After law school, Charles has continued to serve his community as a Business Litigator and ADA advisor in the Vacation Rental Industry. Although not limited to Vacation Rental Law, Charles is most well-versed in the issues that commonly arise in the VR industry as he has helped businesses of all sizes combat unjust lawsuits and recover funds from ne’er-do-wells. Charles also serves the community as a local Section 8 Housing Hearing Officer and through volunteer programs.
Charles is also one of the chief legal minds in the country when it comes to Service Animal Law. With his own Service Animal, Sport, at his heel, Charles has helped countless businesses tackle the ever-growing issues with service animals, false support animals, and damages.

Outside of work, Charles is a published author, writing motivational articles for Cornerstone Connection Magazine. Since finishing his college career, Charles regularly plays baseball locally in the Clearwater Wood Bat League. He also enjoys golfing, kayaking, and hiking, which often go together when he plays golf, and he is an active volunteer for his church and Rotary International.
Charles has strengths in both the creative arts, as well as the legal & political landscape, and he is very ambitious about the future. We, at Charles Brady Law, are all looking forward to growing the practice and continuing to help those in need in any way we can.
ABOUT MISS CHARITY ANN BRADY
With over 15 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, helping others is deeply ingrained into who Charity is. Even at a young age, her management skills have been highly recognizable throughout her career. As administrator at Charles Brady Law, she compassionately tends to our Clients’ needs while attentively looking after our staff. Utilizing her understanding of others, she enthusiastically orchestrates the Human Resources department at Charles Brady Law.
Charity’s passion for empathizing with people is evident through her music. She is a published singer-songwriter and musician who has studied composition and violin performance at multiple universities, including world-renowned, Berklee College of Music, where she was accepted into the ambassador’s program. With an emphasis on encouraging mental health as a vital pursuit in individuals lives, Charity strives to influence any community she enters into through uplifting words and music.
In Boston, she achieved acknowledgement through Berklee’s Mental Health Awareness program and volunteered as a choir and vocal director at Hillsong church, where she served to build a positive, creative environment. She has played her original songs all across the country from Denver to Boston, and has had innumerable violin performances from Jazz festivals in Florida to leading the orchestra at Hillsong concerts seating over 20,000 people in New York.
Now, back in her hometown, St. Petersburg, while she steadily writes, performs and self-produces music, she continues to lead WOMAN, Women of Music and the Arts Network, an assembly in which she created to draw the strength of women together in an industry where there are few. Creating and sustaining nourishing relationships is a priority to Charity. Standing beside her lifelong best friend and brother, Charles, exemplifies her devotion to assisting others.
